Prices are fair, clear and fixed unlike solicitors firms who wish to charge per hour to challenge a council decision. From my initial enquiry with Reba I was met with a comprehensive and thorough summary of all relevant factors ranging from the local policies, crime data, cumulative impact data, and industry specific information. That said one thing “These guys mean business”. They are thorough, everything is bespoke, justified, evidenced, and they put everything in writing from the outset. Nothing gives me confidence more than a person who immediately gives me their name and operates in a transparent and accountable manner, confirming everything they say in an email so I know I can rely on it. That’s a rare thing.

I knew I was in safe hands and cannot fault the entire process. I was assured there would be no surprises and everything would be with my approval and looking back on it now, I can’t believe how stress free the whole thing has been. Exactly what I aimed for in London with no objections and no hearing. Reba said she does everything possible to avoid hearings but there are no guarantees so we knew it was possible applying for late hours outside the approved policy framework hours. We got what we applied for, no delays, no additional costs, and no hearing.

Working with Reba was like having a loyal business partner rather than an outside contractor – I was impressed with how she looked at everything through the eyes of OUR business and made sure the licence will support our business not just today but for many years ahead.

They aren’t the cheapest, but in terms of value for money, their experience and determination to help businesses grow and thrive is worth every penny. Having someone like Reba on the end of the phone as your licensing expert is priceless.
