Our Team
Nick Semper is a lead consultant for the Licensing Guys. He attained a law degree whilst serving as a middle ranking Police Officer, achieving a Certificate of Outstanding Performance from the President of the Law Society. A recognised authority in licensing, pub watch schemes and crime reduction, Nick retired from the force having received the National PubWatch Police Officer 2016/17 as well as the High Sheriff's Commendation for 'Great & Valuable Services to the Community'.
Paul Neades has over 25 years experience in licensing and hospitality, consulting to both independent and multiple operator establishments, offering a thorough understanding of logistics and the retail operations of the industry . As a national award winning licensee, Paul now specialises in training, licensing compliance and food safety audits as well as being a regional representative for the National PubWatch scheme.
