The Licensing Guys are proud to congratulate our clients, Market Asset Management Ltd, on the grant of a Premises Licence for Crewe Market Hall, a Grade II-listed building given a £3m refurbishment and a new lease of life!  We have obtained Premises Licences on numerous similar sites around the UK as they reinvigorate and repurpose Victorian properties at the centre of our towns and cities, and this is their latest completed project.

Dating back to 1854, Crewe Market Hall is now a major attraction in the town, brimming with a range of high-quality traders including fresh food retailers, independent eateries, artisans, and entrepreneurs.  Customers can shop, eat, drink, rest and play, with a weekly programme of family-friendly entertainment and a regular schedule of pop-up speciality markets, community events, and family activities.

Part of a total £50m programme of investment in the town centre, the refurbishment of the Market Hall has been central to Crewe repositioning itself as a prime leisure and retail destination and visitors can now raise a glass with food in the central café!  Well done, Emma and the MAM Team!
