Weavers in WORCESTER

Longstanding clients of The Licensing Guys, Pig Iron Brewing Company Ltd, came to us with an interesting problem in Worcester recently.  They had acquired the former Craft In at 54 Foregate Street, after the landlord, Worcestershire Council had taken back possession of the premises.  The previous occupants could not be traced, but Pig Iron, who trade under the brand name of ‘Weavers’ wanted to get up and running as soon as possible.

We contacted the Council, explaining the issues and providing even local press cuttings covering the story, and once agreed, then submitted applications to transfer and vary the DPS on the pre-existing Premises Licence with immediate effect and in the absence of any consent from the previous Licence Holder.  Thus the transition has been seamless, and here are some photos of the new ‘Weavers of Worcester’ outlet.
