A Full Variation of a Premises Licence allows you to make significant changes to an existing premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in England and Wales. Here are some key points about the process: What You Can Change; Licensable Activities: Add or remove activities such as selling alcohol, providing entertainment, or serving late-night refreshments. Operating Hours: Extend or reduce the hours during which licensable activities are permitted. Conditions: Amend, add, or remove conditions attached to the licence. Layout: Alter any aspect of the premises layout as shown on the plan. Application Process: Application Form: Complete the full variation application form, including details of the proposed changes. Supporting Documents: Provide a copy of the current premises licence, a new premises plan (if applicable), and any other required documents. Fee: Pay the variation application fee, which is based on the non-domestic rateable value of the premises. Public Notice: Display a notice at the premises for 28 consecutive days and publish a notice in a local newspaper within 10 working days of submitting the application.
